New to the Y? Need help using the fitness room? Schedule an orientation!
An orientation is a 30-60 minute one-on-one session with a fitness trainer. They will get to know you and your fitness goals, take you through the fitness center, show you how to use the machines, and do the exercises correctly. They will also get you set up on a program to help you get started. Orientations can be set up any time the Y is open.
