What is Nordic Walking?
Nordic Walking was invented by Finnish cross country skiers as a way of staying in shape during the summer. By using walking poles, exaggerated arm swinging leads to an extended stride and a total body workout which includes the chest, biceps, triceps, abdominal, and core muscles.
