Young Adult: One young adult age 18-25.
Older Adult: One adult age 62 and over.
Older Adult Couple: Two adults living in the same household, ages 62 and over.
Adult: One adult age 25-61.
Family: Four adults residing in the same household, sharing household expenses, with or without dependent children under the age of 26.

Monthly Automatic Payment
Monthly auto withdrawals from your checking, savings, or credit card account. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. A joiner fee is charged when the membership is first activated. If a membership is terminated, the joiner fee will not be charged if membership is renewed within 60 days of termination.
Paid in Full
If the Annual Paid in Full option is used, a joiner fee will be charged when you first choose this option, but not again as long as the annual paid in full membership is renewed within 30 days of the expiration date.
Fees
A $30 return fee will be assessed for all returned payments and $25 fee for returned drafts.
If an Annual Paid in Full option is chosen, a joiner fee will be charged once and will not be charged again as long as the annual paid in full membership is renewed within 60 days of the expiration date.

Day Fees:
Family: $25
Adult & Senior: $15
Youth: $5
Punch Cards:
Punch Cards provide basic access to the facility including locker rooms, swimming pools, gymnasium, racquetball courts, basketball courts, walking track, climbing wall, and fitness center. They do not enable the user to use Stay & Play member babysitting services. Punch cards do not expire, are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost.
Family Punch Cards: 6 visits for $150 | 12 visits for $300
Adult Punch Cards: 6 visits for $90 | 12 visits for $180
Youth Punch Cards: 6 visits for $30 | 12 visits for $60
A written cancellation notice is required 15 days prior to the payment draft date as stated on the membership agreement. The written notice can either be completed at the Welcome Center front desk, mailed, or emailed to cancel@bathymca.org. Please also allow 15 days advance notice to process a change in membership type when downgrading your membership from Family to Individual.
If you cancel via email, please be aware that you will receive an email confirming your cancellation. If you do not receive this email, it may be an indication we did not receive your request.
All Paid in Full memberships are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
We are not responsible for refunding membership dues older than 90 days.
Don't hesitate to ask about financial aid! We strive to serve the entire community, regardless of ability to pay. We do this by providing need-based financial assistance, made possible through the generous support of individuals, businesses, and organizations throughout the area. No one is ever turned away from the Y because of inability to pay.
