As we open more services and programs, we continue to adhere to CDC and state guidelines and may take things slow as we prioritize the safety of our members and staff. We want to thank you for continuing to do your part to keep our Ys a safe and positive place for all.

 

Just a reminder: Only members are allowed to use the facility at this time. There will be no drop-ins, punch cards, or Nationwide members allowed due to limited capacity. Youth under 16 years of age are not permitted in the facility unless enrolled in our childcare program or youth sports.

All members are required to use our online reservation system* to reserve a fitness class or schedule time in the fitness center, main pool, instructional therapy, walking track or our other programs. Reservations must be made within 24 hours of the appointed time.

Hours of Operation

Bath Area Family YMCA: Monday-Thursday, 5 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Friday, 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

Landing YMCA: Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Bath Only
  • Basketball* is now open for 1 hour slots at certain hours. 
    • 2 hoops available with 1 person per hoop or 1 family per hoop.

    • 1 singles and 1 doubles courts available.

  • Family locker rooms are now available for swimmers to change out of swimsuits ONLY. Please continue to come dressed for your workout or swim. Our other locker rooms remain CLOSED.
  • The Hot Tub will remain closed at this time.


*There may be times, due to severe weather, when we may need to close these areas to provide space for our Summer Camp program. You will be notified if the space becomes unavailable. We appreciate your help and understanding that we must prioritize the health and safety of the children in our care!

  • Strength & cardio center have been combined to accommodate 6 members working out at one time. 1 hour slots are available. 
  • Pickleball is now open for 1 hour slots from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
    • 1 singles court and 2 doubles courts are available.
    • Reservations must be made online.
    • Bring your own equipment.
  • Racquetball is now open for 1 hour slots at all hours.
    • 1 court will be available for 1 person at a time or 2 from the same household.

Group Exercise & Fitness Center Use

  • Fitness center will have a limit of 8 members working out at one time. 1 hour slots are available. Some equipment will not be available to allow for social distancing and disinfecting procedure.
    • NEW! We are launching Special Hours for our vulnerable population in the fitness center on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 1-2 p.m. Masks must be worn if you sign up for this time.
  • Indoor walking track will have a limit of 3 walkers at one time. 1 hour slots are available. No running allowed. Wearing a mask is recommended.
Pool Use
  • Lap swim will take place in the main pool. 45-minute slots available. One swimmer per lane, unless you are sharing a lane with a family member/members. View our pool schedule.
  • Instructional therapy pool use is available for 45-minute slots for 3 swimmers at a time. Listed under ‘Independent H20 Exercise.’ View our I/T pool schedule.

Preparing for Your Visit
  • All members are required to sign a one-time waiver prior to coming to the facility. View the adult waiver. There is a separate waiver for minors.
  • All members, staff, and visitors will be checked with an infrared thermometer. Those with a fever of 100.4 or higher will not be admitted. This information will not be recorded.
  • Members will be asked the following questions and asked to verbally affirm whether they meet screening requirements prior to utilizing the facility:
    • Have you recently had any respiratory infection, cough, shortness of breath, and/or a low-grade fever?
    • In the past 14 days, have you had any contact with someone with a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19, is under investigation for COVID-19, or is ill with a respiratory illness? If yes, were you wearing appropriate personal protective equipment?
    • In the previous 14 days, have you traveled internationally to countries with widespread, sustained community transmission?
  • Disinfect bottles and towels will be handed out at the front desk when you enter the building. Members must also:
    • Wash hands before and after working out.
    • Disinfect all equipment before and after use.
  • Masks should be worn in public areas of the Y including the lobby, bathroom, and hallways. Members are not asked to wear a mask while working out, except those using the walking track. If you forget your mask, there will be some available at the front desk. Limit 1 per day.
  • Social distancing, a minimum of 6 feet, is required at all times. When engaging in physical activity, state guidelines are advising a minimum distance of 14 feet from others.
  • Members are asked to stay in their designated areas as children in our emergency childcare program require separate space.
  • High touch areas will be disinfected regularly throughout the day, with no less than one cleaning per hour. This includes restrooms.
  • Y staff will be stationed throughout the facility to assist with disinfecting equipment and to answer questions regarding new guidelines.
Don't Forget!
  • Come dressed for your workout or swim. Our family locker room is open for changing out of swimsuits ONLY.
  • Bring your membership card for a no-contact check-in.
  • Bring your face mask. If you forget yours, there will be some available at the front desk. Limit 1 per day.
  • Bring your own water or a water bottle for our no-touch fountain.
  • Bring your own towel as towel rentals will not be available.
  • Be sure you have all your belongings before you leave. Any lost items will be discarded.
