A new challenge for the new year!
Earn points during our 8-week Winter Meltdown Fitness Challenge by coming to the Y
for cardio workouts, lifting weights, or attending any of our fitness classes.
Fitness Challenge Rules
1 point = 30 minutes or more of cardio at the Y (equipment, track, and swimming included)
1 point = 30 minutes or more of weights at the Y
2 points = Take a class (group fitness, mindfulness, or water fitness included)
Stop by the Front Desk after each workout and sign the log so we can keep track of your points. Your totals will be tallied at the end of the challenge. You are welcome to use either Y, but you must sign the log following your workout to earn points.
Reach 50 points within the 8 weeks and you will be entered into a drawing for a prize!
Six winners will be drawn. Prizes include a gift card to Dick’s Sport Goods, Byrne’s, Mae’s Cafe, Panera, Shaw’s, or Wild Oats.
