Are you ready for our 8-week Winter Meltdown Fitness Challenge?
Earn points by coming to the Y for cardio workouts, lifting weights, or attending any of our fitness classes.
Fitness Challenge Rules
1 point = 30 minutes or more of cardio at the Y (equipment, track, and swimming included!)
1 point = 30 minutes or more of weights at the Y
2 points = Take a class (group fitness, mindfulness, and water fitness included!)
You are welcome to use either Y facility! Just remember:
If you’re at the Bath Y… stop by the Wellness Center and sign the log after each workout.
If you’re at the Landing Y… stop by the Front Desk before or after each workout.
Your totals will be tallied at the end of the challenge.
Reach 50 points within the 8 weeks and you will be entered into a drawing for a prize!
Six winners will be drawn. Prizes include a gift card to Dick’s Sport Goods, Byrne’s, Mae’s Cafe, Panera, Shaw’s, or Wild Oats.
