Our youth program is here to help students and athletes develop and refine fundamental skills that will help them take their fitness journey or sport to the next level.

Fundamentals of Athletic Movement with Coach Reddoch, NSCA-PT

Our 4-week sessions will focus on the fundamentals associated with movement mechanics and athletic training techniques that apply to all sports. Students will build skills to achieve optimal core & joint stability, plyometric power, and healthy muscle recruitment patterns necessary for gains in muscular strength and endurance. 

Days & Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4-5 p.m.
Ages: 13-18

Fee: Members $100 per session* | Community Members $120 per session*

*Inability to pay will not exclude anyone from participating in programs at the Bath Area Family YMCA. Please contact Membership Engagement Director Mary Gaul Wallace for information about youth performance programs and financial assistance.
