Group Power Launch + Demo | Sep 6

We are excited to bring a new series of professional group fitness programs to our Y through MOSSA, a leading developer of dynamic, cutting-edge fitness programs for YMCAs across the country.
Group Power® is a one-hour strength training workout designed to get you muscle strong and movement strong. It combines traditional strength training with full-body, innovative exercises using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, body weight, a step, heart-pounding music, and expert coaching.
Curious to try out this new class? Join us on Saturday at the Landing YMCA on Saturday, September 6 for our official launch and participate in a free public demo of the class with our instructors.
