The Balance Class

Balance is our newest class designed to help you become stronger and improve balance. The movements will focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee, and hip joints. This class is designed for fall prevention and suitable for all fitness levels.

Barre Above

A fusion of several disciplines, including Pilates & strengthening exercises done by dancers. This low-impact total body workout improves muscular endurance & strength, develops balance & postural alignment while lengthening the body’s musculature.

 

Cardio + Strength + Core 

In this ever-changing format, expect muscular strength & endurance, cardio, core, & agility work designed to improve overall fitness & well-being.

 

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced on a chair or by using a chair as support. This class helps with balance, breathing, strength, flexibility, and overall health. Set in a relaxing environment, you will leave the class refreshed and renewed. 

 

Core & Balance

Designed to help you become stronger and improve balance. The Movements will focus on specific exercises to improve core strength and power around the ankle, knee, and hop joints.

 

Essential Movez

Low impact class designed to functionally strengthen the core musculature while improving balance, joint flexibility & muscular flexibility. “A jolt of WD-40 for every joint in the body!”

 

Gentle Yoga

This calming, stress-relieving yoga class will help stretch and strengthen the body by building awareness of the breath and the body.

 

Silver Fit 2.0

A complete body workout for active older adults. Uses free weights & resistance tubing to improve muscular strength & endurance. Core, balance & flexibility training also included in this fun class.

 

Silver Fit 1.0

Similar to 2.0 with a more moderate routine & pace.

 

Spinning

Group cycling is a great form of exercise that is low impact on the joints., It can be as challenging as you make it because you control the resistance of the bike, making it suitable for all levels.

 

Tai Chi 

An ancient, Chinese tradition, utilizing an intricate set of linked movements to enhance balance, overall fitness & longevity. When executed properly, the mind & the body will benefit from this highly dynamic workout.

 

Vinyasa Yoga 

This flow yoga focuses primarily on breathing and sun salutation variations. This class is on the more vigorous end of the yoga spectrum and is a great practice for anyone looking for a physical or mental challenge. 

 

Zumba 

A super fun dance fitness class for all levels. A complete workout of cardio, muscle conditioning & coordination, flexibility & balance. Exercise disguised as a dance party!
