Discover, Learn, and Grow at the Y

At the Bath Area Family YMCA, our nationally-accredited Enrichment Program nurtures curious minds and growing hearts in children from infants to age 5. Rooted in a play-based curriculum, our program helps young learners explore, create, and build skills across cognitive, social-emotional, physical, and language development.

In our safe, inclusive classrooms, children are encouraged to try new things, express themselves, and grow at their own pace. Our experienced teachers guide learning through hands-on, process-oriented activities that build confidence, independence, and problem-solving skills.

Each day includes a thoughtful balance of individual and group activities, free and structured play, and opportunities for meaningful social interaction. Teachers observe and adapt to each child’s readiness, creating an environment that supports their unique journey.

At the Y, we believe learning should be joyful—and that childhood is the perfect time to build a strong foundation in body, mind, and spirit.
